Who Decides How Your Data is Used

Different roles on our platform mean different responsibilities for data.

QriosX as service provider: We host and operate all AI models. While Creators brand and deploy them, QriosX provides the underlying AI platform.
QriosX and Creators as partners:
- For Creator data (like login details, billing info, usage analytics), QriosX is the data controller.
- For end-user account details (when you sign up to a Creator’s AI), the Creator decides what’s collected, and QriosX processes that data on their behalf.
- For AI chat content, both QriosX and the Creator are responsible. We use it to deliver responses, keep the platform safe, and improve quality.
QriosX for security logs: To prevent abuse and comply with law, we independently log basic security info (IP addresses, timestamps, abuse flags).

What We Collect

The type of information depends on how you use QriosX:

Creators: We collect your name, email, login credentials, billing details, and activity logs to run and improve the service.
End-users: We store your conversation content when you interact with a Creator’s AI model
End-user accounts: If you sign up or are invited, we process your name, email, and login details—only so you can access the AI.
Website visitors: We use cookies and analytics tools to understand site usage and improve performance.
Sensitive data: We don’t seek to collect things like health data, religious beliefs, or racial background. Please avoid sharing this in conversations.

For EU/UK residents: Under GDPR, QriosX and the Creator act as “joint controllers” for chat data. You can exercise your rights with either of us by contacting privacy@qriosx.com.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. QriosX never stores your credit card details—Stripe processes all payment information securely under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to see how our service is used and improve it. These providers have their own privacy policies on how they handle data.

AI Use Disclaimer
