2. Who Decides How Your Data Is Used

Because QriosX operates as a platform for Creators and end-users, data responsibilities vary:

Curiosity At Work as service provider
We operate infrastructure and host all AI models.
Curiosity At Work and Creators as partners
- For Creator data (login details, billing information, analytics), Curiosity At Work is the data controller.
- For end-user account data (when users sign up for a Creator’s AI), the Creator determines what is collected and we process it on their behalf.
- For AI chat content, Curiosity At Work and the Creator act as joint controllers for service delivery, quality, and safety.
Curiosity At Work for platform security
We log IP addresses, timestamps, device information, and abuse flags to prevent fraud and comply with law.

3. What We Collect

Creators

Name, email, login credentials, billing details, usage analytics, and activity logs.

End-users

Conversation content, usage data, and (if applicable) account details provided to access a Creator’s AI.

Website visitors

Cookies, device information, IP address, referral data, and analytics data.

Sensitive data

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health conditions, racial background, or religious beliefs. Please avoid sharing such information in conversations.

GDPR note: Curiosity At Work and Creators are joint controllers for chat content.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

We do not store or access your credit card details.

5. Cookies and Tracking
